Without sounding like a supermarket advert, you're going to find quality here at next-to-nothing prices (how do they manage to pay the actors?) There are two auditoriums: a classical Italian stage
(Izvor Hall) and one designed after London's Globe Theatre

Three very 1970s-looking and slightly shabby auditoriums host very professional domestic and foreign plays by a broad selection of both classical and contemporary Romanian playwrights. The theatre's Big Hall
(Sala Mare) , hosts the grand productions, while the Ampitheatre
(Sala Amfiteatru) shows smaller productions and TV shows, and the Studio Hall

Don't let that put you off as the eager team put on a wide array of both locally produced and international productions that constantly bring in large audiences.
